Why I'm unable to view form data when I preview a form?

I created a new form and I am unable to see the data entered on the form when I select to preview? How can I correct this so I can use the newly created form?

I tried to figure out what is wrong with your forms but I didn't have luck. I tested all your forms and I was able to input values in all fields, if that was the problem, also, I was able to preview them.

Did you have something else in mind?
