I emailed a couple of days ago as I'd messed up changing my password but even now I cannot access my account. However, I'm logged into what looks like a newer version of JotForm. The URL I was previously using was:
Which may explain the issues. Can my form be migrated or will I have to recreate in this version? I still can't log into the site above.

To reset your password, you will need to click the Forgot Password button at the bottom-right part of the landing page (https://www.jotform.com).
It will return to you the option to either enter your email address or your JotForm username. Once you have submitted, it will send you the reset password link to your e-mail address.
Your form was created under the old Jotform system. You would need to migrate your forms over to the new Jotform to make them work.Please log in to http://v2.jotform.com and then choose the migrate option to make your forms v3-compatible.
