I want to cancel my account. Please tell me teh steps to do this.

I see that your account is currently holding Premium monthly subscription plan. As per your request, we have canceled the subscription on your account. The account shall be holding Premium status until the next billing date i.e., 2 Apr, 2017 and then downgraded to Free subscription.
