WE ARE NOT GETTING THE FORMS EMAILED

    WHEN WE CLICK SUBMIT ON THE FORM WE ARE NOT GETTING THE EMAILS. ARE YOU HAVING ANY ISSUES THAT YOU ARE AWARE OF TODAY?

    I found one of your email addresses in our bounce list, here's the  reason: 

    support@y****************t.com is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : X-Postfix; connect to

    I've already removed the email address from our bounce list so you should receive emails now, you could also check this guide to avoid bouncing issues: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues 

    You could also check your email history and check the email addresses on our bounce list, the following guide will help you with checking your history:
