    Unable to see submissions data due to EU vs non EU data locations

    I am referencing all the forms in the Feb-April folder.  The submission date is in tact, bu there are no submission details.  We need the details.  The screen shot is of the submission for the "Registration for February-April 2017 Program (CET)" form.  The other forms are the same meaning there are no submission details.

    Hey Laura,

    There was sync issue between our US & EU servers. Upon the suggestions of our DevOps engineer, I moved your data to our EU servers from the Account>Data settings.

    After the transfer I checked your submissions and was able to view them complete & intact.

    You can switch to US servers anytime without any worries but we suggest the EU servers for our users in Europe.
