why are my form received as junk mail, I have a client that is receiving all their mail in their Junk Folder.
How do I stop this so they can receive mail in their Inbox

First make sure to remove all the JotForm notifications from the Junks folder. Then, white-list our domain name and sending IP addresses within his email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
