sub-user forms not appearing in my account

    One of our sub-users made a form this morning (https://form.jotform.us/70744701316148) and it is not appearing the master account.

    Only forms created in the shared folder will be created in your account.  If they are creating the form in the My Forms folder, rather than the shared folder, the form will be created in their account.  Have them make sure to click the shared folder prior to creating any forms.

    If they would like we can move the forms to your account.  Simply have them create a post from their account requesting us to do so.  Have them include the username of your account and the forms they would like moved.

    You can then share those forms with them to give them access.
