Our technicians activated an additional email server yesterday to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The issue is not account specific, so we will need to wait a bit until this issue is completely resolved. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

but still same problem please sort it out and let me know asap when it is fixed also l am not the only person it happened a lots with other customers please sort out this problem
