You say that you can export submission data to Excel for quick analysis, but I can't figure out how to perform this function of the Mac App. Is this key feature possible? If so, it would be of even greater value.

I'll have my colleague answer your inquiry about this. Please stay tuned.
For the meantime, here's how to export your submissions data to Excel/CSV/PDF on your form submissions page https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF. I'm not sure if the steps are the same using the Mac App.

Keith RiessAnswered on March 17, 2017 at 09:46 AMI already know the process for downloading submissions from the web portal. I’m more interested in exporting from the Mac App, which would be much more convenient.

Hello Keith, I saw what you meant when I read the recently released article about the MAC App. One of the key features mentioned was "Export submission data to Excel for fast analysis".
We'll have someone from our team to check this out and we'll update you on this thread.
