Form Views

I noticed on the pricing page that under the free account, you are allowed 1000 page views. Now does this include views from robots, spiders, search engines, etc?

The form views mean the number of times your forms are viewed each month, so by saying that it means that Form views does not  include views from robots, spiders, search engines.
