Can I transfer ownership of a form?

Hello,

I set up a form for a friend's website using my jotform account. Now I would like to give him full access to edit the form and delete submissions after he receives them. I tried sending him the "collaborate" link, but he said he couldn't access the form. What are we doing wrong?
