Hello, we are using your JotForm as our company. While creating a new form my account is automatically suspended and I get the error "You have reached the limit of attempting to login". I do not think I made a mistake. We want our account to be active again. We apologize for our mistake.

I will re-activate your account but you need to immediately delete the fields that is asking for Credit Card Information in any way or you can delete the whole form. Your account might be suspended again if you don't do this immediately.
