customer charged twice, and there being no record of it in Jotform

    I also have one incident today of a customer submitting the form, being charged twice, and there being no record of it in Jotform.

    I can also add that this is happened 4-5 times over the past three weeks where a customer was charged twice, but no submission can be found in Jotform
