Account suspended please reinstate immediately!!

    Hi, my account was suspended. Please reinstate, we are determining candidates for a scholarship and need access immediately.

    I have checked and your account was suspended because of Disputed charge on Stripe. 

    At this moment we can not reactivate your account until this issue is resolved.

    The issue was resolved. I was initially charged $190 for an annual and
    should have been charged $19 for monthly. JotForm adjusted the charge from
    $190 to $19, releasing $171. Is it not showing resolved you your end? If
    not what are the next steps?

    The system suspended the account upon receiving a notification about a dispute for a fraudulent charge in Stripe To resolve this, please ask your bank to withdraw the dispute .

    Nevertheless, there was no need for this dispute. We received your request that you were expecting to upgrade to our monthly plan ($19.00), rather than the yearly plan ($190.00) , so we did according to your requests. You even asked us to apply to the non-profit discount so we kindly provided you with the information.

    So there this was an unnecessary dispute which will cause us to pay costly unexpected fees.

    Hi Jeanette,
    I contacted JotForm support several times with no response, and there was
    no phone number to call which led me to believe you all were not going to
    respond. I contact Capital One about the withdraw, and they have informed
    me that process will take 7-10 business days. We must present the data and
    host our scholarship interviews on this week from March 24-March 30, so we
    will not have the access the data in time. I am willing to work with you
    all to get the dispute withdraw, but we need access to this data
    immediately. In addition, I originally noted this as "merchant error" with
    capital one and not fraud, but I am willing to request a withdraw. My

    number is 662-374-3560 <(662)%20374-3560>. If your billing dept can contact
    me, i'll call capital one on conference call.

    I've manually reactivated the account, hopefully the dispute will be withdrawn.
