My form shows up as disabled, I can't view.

    Your account was suspended by our Phishing detector. That's why your forms have been disabled. I checked your forms and I noticed that you have added fields that ask credit card info from the users. Please note that asking such details is against our Terms of Use.

    If you want to ask payments from the user, you need to use one of the available payment processing gateways on Jotform instead of using the regular fields.
