Do you store all form data encrypted?

Hi, I want to know more about Privacy Policy. So I click on "Home / Getting Started with JotForm / Privacy Policy" on menu "Data Security information request" and "How can I make my form compliant with a Privacy Policy". But both way are going to the form editor, not to the extected page. What's wrong?

Most importand question: Do you store all form data encrypted? Could we transport the email encrypted?

Hi Michael, thank you for contacting us.

Please note that the very same request is being addressed by my colleague BJoanna in https://www.jotform.com/answers/1094248 as I type this reply.

If you would be so kind as to create just one thread per request, that would help us avoid confusions and double efforts, and allow us to get back to you ASAP. Thank you in advance.

    Hi Aidan,
I’m really sorry. But send any question creates an error, so I can’t absolutely not to know, if the question has arrived you. How I can to know it??? Please tell me!
    Best Regards, Michael

    Hi again Michael,

No worries. When you would like to ask us anything, you may just login to your account and then go to the contact us section like you did.

After you send a request, you can verify that it went through by opening your questions:

Support > Forum > My Questions

Do you store all form data encrypted? Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Regarding your questions:

So I click on "Home / Getting Started with JotForm / Privacy Policy" on menu "Data Security information request" and "How can I make my form compliant with a Privacy Policy". But both way are going to the form editor, not to the extected page. What's wrong?

That's the expected behavior when you click on a question that was marked "Private" by the customer. The private threads are threads that usually contain sensitive information about our customers, so only the Support Team and those customers have access to them.

Most importand question: Do you store all form data encrypted?

We provide the feature of form encryption. Please see our guide on encrypted forms and how to use them here: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

Could we transport the email encrypted?

If you mean email notifications and autoresponders, I'm afraid it's not possible to use them when the form is set to be encrypted. We explained that in the guide I mentioned above on encrypted forms and how to use them.

If you have more questions or need further assistance, please let us know. Thank you.
