Product image selection offline

I am looking for a solution to show and sell art and it must be available off and on line.

Do you mean you want your user to be able to fill up your form even offline? If so, unfortunately, forms created in JotForm is not accessible offline. JotForm is not designed for offline use or does not have offline functionality yet. 

If you are referring to a different concern, please provide us more details so we can further analyze and give you a solution to your concern.
