Why I'm not able to open my form - it says it is disabled?

    This morning my form was enabled , now it is disabled again despite the fact it reflects the orm is enabled.


    Please advise ASAP!!

    I inspected your account and found that it autosuspended because the form you mentioned is collecting credit card information, and that violates our terms of use.

    I have removed the CC info and added paypal, can you enable the form
