I have tried repeatedly to get the Drag and Drop Widget to upload the pdf but nothing comes over in the emails. When filling in the form, it shows the begin upload button but it doesn't ever upload it. I've also included a field using the regular upload option (titled Invoice 2) and that works fine.

I have cloned your JotForm to my account and tested the widget which seems to be working fine at my end. Also, I have sent a test submission to your form and see that the email notification is displaying the link to the file uploaded without any issue.
Could you check it once again and let us know if you are still experiencing the issue? We will be happy to take a look again.

I got your email just fine, but I still can't get it to work for me. Could it be a browser preference? Which browser do you use - I use Mozilla Firefox?

Okay i figured out what the problem is (and you may want to add a disclaimer somewhere on the widget) You cannot directly drag and drop from an email. The file needs to be saved to an actual drive / folder in order to work.
Once i saved the pdf to my desktop it accepted the dragging and dropping.
Thanks so much for working on this for me.

Yes. The drag and drop upload works by using a file from your PC only. Since the file in the email is existing in the email server, it is still required to be downloaded to the PC and then it can be uploaded.
Glad to see that you have figured out the issue and it is working fine for you now. Please do not hesitate to get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
Thank you for using JotForm!
