Hello, I sent an email last week about this, I have to keep checking my submissions every couple of days, because when my clients go to my website they fill in the contact us note and I never receive them. When I go to have it removed, it does not seem to fix it. Also...it says to use a good email. my firstname.lastname@example.org is the ONLY email I use for my business. Can you help me?

If the emails are blocked or filtered, it will result in your address being placed on the bounce list. Unfortunately, we have no control over how Verizon does their filtering.
You can fix this by adding email@example.com to you safe sender or contact list. If you have the option to whitelist a domain/IP on your Verizon settings, then please do it for us.
Or you can send the emails from your own address via SMTP:
If the above do not work for you, I would suggest using a different email address in the form. Use Gmail, if you have one, it tends to be quite lenient when it comes to filtering. You can then forward Gmail to your Verizon Email.
