We are using your form system for our Summer Camp registration and I had a few families say that they submitted the form but it is not showing in the submissions. I understand that there is currently a glitch in the system but it says to check submissions page and that is not showing anything either. Are these submission permanently lost? I am in quite a panic about this!

There is an issue with our email servers. email Notifications and Autoresponder emails are delayed. However form are working properly and all submitted data should be shown on submission page of your form.
I have checked and your form has 88 submissions. I have tested your form and I successfully submitted your form. My submission is shown on submission page of your form (your form now has 89 submissions). As far as I can see your form is working properly.
Were users that reported this issue to you were redirected to Thank You page when they submitted the form? If so, please provide us email addresses that they used to submit your form, so that we can check email history logs to see if Autoresponder emails were sent and to try to find them on submission page of your form.
If some error message was shown when they submitted the form, please provide us error message that was shown or a screenshot of that message.
In case that your form is embedded, please provide us URL of your webpage, so that we can test your form there.
