If we do not receive our forms via email and try to upload them via jotforms submission we cannot see the submission for Registration which will only show 2012 submissions but not the recent ones.Page URL:

Sorry but I failed to understand what you meant by "try to upload them via jotforms submission we cannot see the submission".
Are you saying that you're trying to view your Submissions from the Submissions Page, but you can't see them?

If so, can you tell us which form is having this issue so we can have a closer look? I checked all 9 forms you have on your account and none of them is named/labeled as Registration (or anything close to that). Just get back to us with the Form ID/URL.
