    Only PDFs and not JPGs in my Dropbox

    Hi, 

    I have created a form and when completed, I only receive a PDF of the completed submission with a JPG embedded into it. I do not receive the actual JPG file in my Dropbox. Please can you assist with this issue?

    We are not having any issue with our integration Dropbox. The PDF and the attachment file should appear in the folder. Please try re-integrating the Dropbox again. Here's guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm

    I tested it in my account and I have received the attachment file and PDF file.

    Hi there, I've tried re-integrating Dropbox again and still having the same issue. I created two forms yesterday (cloning from one another). The only difference between the forms is that one is integrated with PayPal (https://form.jotformeu.com/70752697929373and one is not (https://form.jotformeu.com/70754686310357). The one that is integrated with PayPal is having the JPG issue but the other form without PayPal is working fine.

     

    Any other advice?

    Thank you for providing more details about the issue.

    Unfortunately, I was not able to open the form ID 70752697929373. However, if the cloned form is working without the PayPal integration. Try adding the PayPal integration and let us know how it goes.

    Also, please try replacing the upload field with a new one to the original form with PayPal and see if that works. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/332-How-to-Create-File-Upload-Forms
