Why am I on the "bounce list"?

    Last weekend all my submission form were deleted, I did not delete them, at least not on purpose, and they should not have been that easy to delete!

    Meanwhile my tech guy set up a new form but I am already being put on the bounce list, even when I keep clicking to be removed, Why? Please respond, I sent many messages over the deleting issue that never got response from you. thanks Marti domy@sbcglobal.net Marti's Awnings

    Using the delete all submissions function requires entering your password before it will allow you to do so.  There is also a notice along with the password entry stating that once submissions are deleted, they cannot be recovered.  If you have deleted a form, that can be recovered:

    I checked our logs for your @sbcglobal address and the most recent emails do look to have sent. We are experiencing a problem with our email servers.  Email Notifications and autoresponders are queued and they should arrive to your inbox delayed, in the next hours.
