Form layout has changed and become unusable

    The formatting of my form has changed although I made no changes to it. As of several weeks ago, the fields for each map were on one line, namely

    Position, Map, Trail work, Admin, Interp, GRW, Train

    Now they are on two lines with overlapping. I wish I had a screen capture of the form before this change to your styling, but I don't. It is a form I have used for three years with minor content changes each year, and I have a lot of work in it including an Excel backend to edit and report the results.

    I have to say that your recent changes and move to 4.0 have, in my opinion, made JotForm much more difficult to use. I'm hoping that I can remain a paying customer since JotForm had worked well for me for four years.

    Your help in restoring the above form will be much appreciated.

    We apologize for any inconvenience, can you check in the revision history for any edit that might have caused this issue? You can revert to a previous version where the fields appear as you want to:

    Also, I have cloned your form, and recreated it using a widget that will simplify things, it is called the Configurable List widget:

    The revision history shows that the form was OK at 4:51PM on February 26.

    When I went to the form to correct a typo at 11:54AM today (March 17), the layout was totally changed:

     Seven changes occurred at 11:54 before I corrected the type (also at 11:54) that were not made by me. iincluding six changes to formatting including injection of extensive CSS. 


    My conclusion is that 1 of three things happened: 1. the 4.0 system overstepped its bounds and modified my form, 2. my form got hacked, or 3. Trump and Putin have learned my password. 


    If this can be corrected by reverting my form to the Feb 26 version, then I will do that.

    Have you shared your account password? If not, I would suggest you to change the password, simply go to your account's profile: 

    On regards of reverting, yes, that should fix the problem. However, make sure to download the data from your form first:, because submissions that were received after that date will not be shown on your account.
