Image attachments are displaying 404 error

    image attachments all bring back 'error404'

    Please make sure that you are logged in to your Jotform account if you have enabled the option 'Required log-in to view uploaded files' in your account settings.

    If this option is unchecked and still experiencing any issue with downloading the files, please provide us with the direct link of the file so that we can check and provide you with necessary assistance.
