I have an account with JotForm and have started to create a few forms, however I can not log on using the IPad App. I have an Ipad 2 that is updated fully but all I get is a message saying
"incorrect password or username. Please try again"
I log on to the website without any problems though.

Can you try logging in using your username (Neil_Robinson) instead of your e-mail address? Please note that Account and Password are case sensitive. Please make it sure you type exactly as you type here on the web site.
