Email alerts same problem again no alerts

    no email alerts again please check server again and work it working please asap please sort it out again 

     

    it work sometime and sometime not working again what going on ??

    Sorry for the inconvenience. 

     

    I did a test submission to you form, can please check it if still not working? I checked your email address and it is not in the bounce list. I also checked the mail logs and I can see that the submission was sent successfully.

    We had an issue earlier about the email server being delayed, but it is now fixed. Let us know if you still didn't receive my test submission so we can investigate it further.

    Can you please check the server for email server delays as it happen a lot this week and others days if l was not checking please keep a eye on it as well as we need this asap in working mode 

     

    check it now still. It working it was working today for 2 hrs and stop working after that again 

     

    please speak to your tech guys again regards to my issues now if possible 

     

    Pleaae email me back with respond which say it working fine as it happens alots with other customers as well please check forums as well there is a lot of issues need to be sorted out 

     

    please check my account and keep a eye out as well as it not working

    same problem again email delays again not working

    Hello mobilephonerepairs,

    We are experiencing a problem with our email servers. So Email Notifications and autoresponders are queued and they should arrive to your inbox delayed. Our developers are working in a solution to fix the issue.

    For the meantime if you have an Android or iOS device, may I recommend to try installing the JotForm app on those device through Google Play or through the App Store. This helps you be alerted for any submissions received the moment they arrive on your account.

    You may also review your form's submissions page to check for submissions.
