    Issues with JotForm MAC app

    Hello I installed the Mac app but it gives me errors and close itself everytime

    May I know what is the error message you're getting? Also, please provide a screenshot of the issue if possible.

    However, we do understand if you can't provide a screenshot because it closes immediately.

    Please try uninstall and reinstall the app (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/jotform/id1176725939).

    Here is the error. I uninstalled and installed again as you suggested but gives this

    When do you usually see this  error message? Is it when opening the application or is it while using it? Also, what is the version of your MAC OS?

    We need to get this information so that we can escalate the issue to our developers.

    After opening when I try to open a form. I have the last OS version

    I'm on the last version of Mac OSX Sierra and it works fine for me:

    I'm not sure what could be the reason for your app not to work. Did you try uninstalling, restarting of the system and then installing again?

    AmoretonAre you still having this issue with our Mac App?

    I've spoken with our apple developer who got a report about this problem and would like to take a look at this problem further so that we can investigate and rectify the issue if necessary.

    To do this, we will need your permission to generate a temporary read-only API key in your account so that we can take a look at it if you are okay with that. Your data will not be harmed and the key will be immediately removed afterward. Let us know.
