The autoresponder mail does not work

    I have made a HTML mail and copied in the source of the Autoresponder mail. The test mail works perfectly but when i sign up, i never recive the autoresponder mail that is supost to be sented inmediatly.

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    We're currently experiencing some delay in our emails, it may be affecting notifications and auto-responders, so far I have tested and could replicate the issue with auto-responders only, I'm receiving email notifications immediately.

    Our developers are working on this and it should be get back to normal as soon as possible.

    I'm having the same problem... no notifications and no auto response
