Receiving multiple duplicated submissions erroneously

    Hi friends.  We use Jotform for all of our customer-initiated contact at .  Recently we have been getting duplicates of some messages.  For example, submission 364846709371672463 was received for the first time on March 8.  Then we received it again on March 16  as 365519019371375330 and again today as 365590881371997273.  It made us look pretty stupid when we wrote back to the customer letting them know that their order shipped a week ago, only to have the customer write back confused.

    Another example is the following messages - they're all the same and were received on different days:

    March 11: 365062381891257414

    March 13: 365244921891681884

    March 15: 365400726891505377

    I don't know what's happening, but I do know that these customers aren't copy-pasting the same message several days apart.

    I assume other Jotform users have experienced this.  How can we troubleshoot this and fix the problem?  Thanks for your time.

    The form data might be sent again if the default form's Thank You Page is reloaded (e.g. user did not close browser tab, and after some time that tab is reloaded). What you can try in this case is to switch the Thank You Page from 'Show a Thank You page' to 'Redirect to external link' option. It means that you will need to redirect user to some Thank You Page on your website.
