I have tried again to create my form after previously being locked out by your spam system.

I found that on returning to your site my password was not accepted.

Then it took several attempts to get a reset email.

Finally my form worked once only and then it was disabled again.

Please advise me when my forms will be made available again.

I understand that this could be very frustrating and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this had caused you. In order for me to help you, I have checked your forms to verify if there is anything that would result in automatic suspension of your account. Upon checking I noticed that on your form entitled, "CLIENT UPLOAD", you are using a "password" field that is asking for a correct password so the rest of the form will be shown (password protect). Due to the word "password" that was detected by our anti-phishing tool, your account was placed on autosuspension status. For me to be able to fix the issue and reactivate your account, I have updated the "Password" field to something that is less likely to trigger our anti-phishing tool from suspending your account — I have changed it to "Access Code". Your account is now active and you should be able to view your forms again.

    Thank you.
