The Sender Emails that you are seeing in your accounts page is used so that your own email address (Setup as Custom Sender or SMTP) would show in Email Notification/Autoresponder as an option for sender email, in addition, to Jotform's default sender email addresses.
It has the same feature that is shown in the guides below:
