We understand that you necessarily need to login to your account, however, upon checking your account to verify its status, I see that is is currently on automatic suspension. I checked your form and I see three "password" words in it. Please be noted that we have an anti-phishing tool that scans each form on every account 24/7. If the form is found or is suspected of any phishing activity which is against our terms (Terms-of-Use), it will automatically be suspended.
In order for me to reactivate your account, I have removed the words from the form.
You can try to use any other words such as "Access Key", "Access Code" or "Keyword" which are all less likely considered to be used in phishing activities than "password".
Your account is now active and since I see that the reset instruction you requested was successfully sent to the same email address you used in opening this thread, you may continue resetting your password if you still wish to then you should be able to access your account again after.
If you have any other questions or concerns regarding this, please feel free to contact us again anytime
