    I have it embeded and still not see anything. On computer works ok, but not on mobile phone. I also added the widget "mobile responsive". The link to our site: http://www.palmabikeandgo.com/bike-rental-palma/online-booking/

    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. I understand that your having issues viewing your form on mobile devices. In order for me to help you, I have checked your website and found out that the div (that belongs to the mediumScreenDisabled class) that holds the embed script of your form

    is hidden on mobile devices due to the following CSS code that is shown in the image below.

    You can either remove the CSS codes from your website or change the value of the "display" property to block.
