    Hey ,

My name is Brett, I'm the Brand Manager for Denik. We’re hoping you will be able to help us find a solution to a bottleneck problem.

Here’s a quick intro to our brand:

Denik was created to inspire free thinking, norm-breaking, activism. Denik gathers artists from across the globe and puts their work on notebooks, journals, and sketchbooks. Then, with every product sold, a portion of the proceeds goes directly to build schools (this year in Guatemala). Denik also sends a royalty payment back to the artists for their support.

Currently, if customers wish to order custom notebooks they must call in and speak to a sales representative. The sales rep will give them a price quote, then the customers will email their artwork to the Denik Sales Rep. The Sales Rep will then give the artwork to the Denik Design Team which will lay the artwork out on a template and then submit it to our production team to create the notebooks. This process can take several days or weeks because production will slow down due to a bottleneck between the Sales Representative and Production.

We’re reaching out to you regarding a project we wish to implement which will create a way that customers can submit relevant info, submit payment, and then submit their own designs (in the layout our production team needs), onto our website (www.denik.com, hosted by squarespace) so that the production team can crank out the notebooks without the customers needing to go through the sales & design layout process.

I’m heading up research & implementation for this project. Is this something that your team could help us with?

    Thanks

Hello Brett, I'm afraid what you're asking is something a marketing/web consultant would handle. What we can do to help is offer you some insights on what you can do with JotForm as an online form builder solution, based on how you described your needs.

Please refer to my answers interspersed below:

We’re reaching out to you regarding a project we wish to implement which will create a way that customers can:

    1. submit relevant info

Building a form should let you achieve this. Since I'm assuming this is your first time using JotForm, I'm linking some getting started links below.

    2. submit payment

Here's a complete list of all payment processors we integrate with: https://apps.jotform.com/category/payment_processing

If all you need is some sort of Payment Authorization (e.g. charge your users at a later date), then your choices would be limited to Stripe, Paypal or Authorize.net.

In case you're not sure which one will work for you, I recommend reading this article: Which-Payment-Processor-is-Right-for-Your-Business

    3. submit their own designs (in the layout our production team needs)

Perhaps adding a File Upload field on your form that will let your users upload/send images would help.

    4. onto our website (www.denik.com, hosted by squarespace)

If it's powered by Squarespace, here's a nifty guide on how to go about it.

We normally move separate questions per thread so we can focus on a single topic for each but seeing it's your first time posting, I decided to answer all your questions here.

If you have followup questions, just reply here or open a separate thread for each so we can further assist you.
