Should the form user be receiving a Submit successful once they hit the submit button

I used my Jot form registration form on my Samsung devise to test if it was mobile friendly.

I was able to complete it no problem. When I hit submit it said please wait and the entire form goes clear except the  yellow background. It doesn't say anything to let them know if in fact it was successful.

I think on the desk top test it says Thank you your form has been received or something like that.

I waited and later saw a response from Jot Form saying your registration form was received. So they do eventually see something.

My concern is when they are completing and sending they don't know if it has been sent successfully and may try to re send or redo! I would rather they see something like Submit successful once they press the submit button.

Is this possible on mobile devices.

    Thank you

Hello Mary, you're correct. Users are supposed to see a Thank You page after submitting the form, regardless whether they view it on desktop/laptop or handheld devices.

I recommend you review your Thank You page settings by following the guide I'm linking below. You may customize the actual Thank You page upon your discretion. You may even redirect them to a page on your website if you want to.
