I created my first form.
I started with one of the sample templates and modified it.
I then emailed the link to the form to a number of people.
But for some reason their submission gave me two emails including one from the original template I modified (called SalonFusion). Can you please check what is wrong.

I checked your form and it has three notification email. That's the reason why you're getting other email notification such as Salon Fusion. See image below:
- Open your form and go to the Settings section page. Select the Emails tab to see all the other notification email.
You can also edit the notification email to your own preferences. Please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
