Problem with stats (Payment Submissions)

I am trying to figure out why I have 66 of 1000 submissions used and my account just renewed on the 14th or March. There is NO WAY that many submissions have been used in 4 days. I have a record and around 20 were used. Is the Stat section slow to update? Please let me know as I also question the amount of form views also (2804 of 10000 used) ... this is impossible...lol.

Please let me know whats going on.
