Adding information icon to each field with pop-up/lightbox functionality and html support

    I have created a jot form but would like a note on each question that can take you to a you tube link for more information. Is this possible?

    At this time the text and links can be only added separately with a Text field type.

    This is possible to add a field description information into the Hover Text, but that option does not support links.

    I have forwarded a feature request ticket to our developers to see if we can add a field information icon with HTML support and lightbox/pop-up functionality. We cannot provide any ETA for when it can be implemented, but we will let you know if we have any updates.
