    Can I embed a form in a Microsoft Word Document

    Hi Baker,

    Do you mean copy the visual view of your form and paste it to your MS Word? I think that's possible by pressing 'print screen' on your keyboard while viewing your form and then paste (ctrl+v) to your MS Word to get the image version of your form. Or, you can download your FORM's PDF. To do that, go to My Forms page, select and right click your form then choose Create PDF Form
