How can I reactivate my account?

    My account was accidentally deleted and I want to reactivate it to reuse it. 

    Username: DemoSample

    Email: d16sample@gmail.com

    Hello DemoSample,

    Upon your request, I have gone ahead and restored your account. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account with your username "DemoSample" or email address "d16sample@gmail.com".

    If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Forgot Password" which is in "Sign in" window. Please check the screenshot below:
