How can I reactivate my account?

    My account was accidentally deleted and I want to reactivate it to reuse it.

    Upon your request, I have gone ahead and restored your account. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account with your username "DemoSample" or email address "".

    If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Forgot Password" which is in "Sign in" window. Please check the screenshot below:
