Calculations based on selection of multiple fields?

Can this form that you are referring to: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50834042022946 be done with 3 inputs? In other words, 3 different drop downs and depending on the selections the 3 outputs are calculated? (I already have the calculations for each possible scenario)?

If you need a calculation based on associated inputs you may try a Sliders with Calculated Result widget.

I have a 3 different level pricing packages (Plan A, Plan B, Plan C).

I'd like to be able to display the price for each plan simultaneously depending on the users selection (Age, Marital Status, Gender). So if a user select for example: 35, Married, Male they will autmatically get a price for Plans A, B, and C.

Can this be achieved? So in a nutshell I would like 3 different fields displaying different answers but would use the same inputs selected by the user.

Yes, you can, first you need to setup your products through native fields(Drop downs, radio buttons, check boxes), and assign them a value: https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
