Why my email ended in the Bounce list?

    My email somehow is on a Bounce list.  It is my only working email.  Can you try it again?

    I checked your email address and it ended in our Bounce list, the reason is below:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 resimta-po-14v.sys.comcast.net

    I removed it from the Bounce list so you should receive submission emails now. Please check this guide on how to prevent such issues. Also, you can use this guide to check and remove emails from the Bounce list.

    Thank you for removing my email from the bounce list.
    I checked the guide to see if there was something I needed to do and the guide was very confusing. Do I have to do anything else to make sure I get emails when forms are sent to me?

    Basically, make sure to check your spam folder for any JotForm email, and if you find any, mark them as NOT SPAM. 

    Also, white-list our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
