I had a customer submit a form with payment, and I thought I had properly integrated Squareup, but although a payment id appears, I did not get a notification of payment from Squareup nor does it show that a payment was processed.

I checked the submissions on your form (https://www.jotform.com/63504439848263) and I noticed that there are 2 successful payment submissions. Did you mean you did not receive these payments on your Square integration?
Please make sure that you have chosen the Live Mode on the Square Settings to receive payments.
If you cannot see in your Square dashboard, probably they are tests payments.

Hi, the first form submitted must not have been "live". It does show that a transaction occurred, however, I did not receive that payment. I took another look, and realized that the form needed to go live, and changed it. The second form's payment worked, since I received a notification for that payment from Square. How can I receive payment for that first transaction?

Please note that when Square Integration is in Test Mode, it will not charge the credit cards that were used. You will have to ask the users to resubmit your form so that they will charge properly in live mode.
