I cannot see some of the responses from my survey

An example is we can see the emails and where they are from but the question about what business or organization they are participating with, we cannot see their response. We need to see their answer to this question.

I noticed that the last question about business organization is not mandatory. Do you see the values for the last question filled in by user in the Email Notification?

You can also try making the field mandatory, so user cannot submit the form without filling the business information.
