I am getting an error when I login that my account is auto suspended

    What is going on?!?!  I have not violated any payment or other jotform terms of service and now my account is saying autosuspended?!?!?!?

    I have reactivated your account, the system autosuspended your account when you are requesting credit card critical information such as name and last 4 digits, these are marked as suspicious by our system.  I've reactivated it, but you must refrain from doing that. Instead you can use any of our payment integrations available.

    So can I take the last four digits off and card type and still use my form?

    Hello Susan,

    Yes you can remove the credit card related fields and continue to use your form. Your account is already active and all your form are back online.
