Submission Problem

    I am trying to submit data on a form.  The submission confirmation page is not displaying and the confirmation email is not being sent, but the data is being submitted to the recipient.

    All of the computers in my network appear to have the same issue, which started approximately 2 weeks ago.  Nothing, firewall wise has changed.

    I am at a loss.  Please help.


    After putting in the capcha, the page goes away and the thank you for submitting page doesn't load.  The address bar says

    Hi Walt

    Sorry to hear about this. You stated that the email is not being sent but data is being submitted to the recipient. I'm a bit confused by that part. Could you elaborate on how the data is being sent if not by email?

    Also, as far as the confirmation page is concerned, I noticed that the form is set to send a thank you message that is identical in wording to the default message. So, since there's no extra information to be placed in the message, set it back to the default and see if that helps.
