Unable to access account

    Unable to access account and this has been very frustrating. Changed and requested password but the password that is created does not work either. Have been waiting for a response to resolve this issue. It gives the warning that the e mail address is on a bouncing list. What the hell does this mean? It gives the option to change e mail address. Starting to be frustrated on this paid subscription and a better service has to come up. Frustrated customer

    Sorry for the inconveniences. The problem seems related to Chrome. Please try to login usin Firefox. Our devs have been informed about the issue.
