How do I modify a link on my form?

I tried using the inspect section making the modification there and then saving the form but it does not seem to stay.

I don't see any issue while editing and saving the form. Let us know what change you are trying to make that is not saving.

That would help us narrow down the issue and will help us resolve faster.

I’m trying to modify a link at the bottom of the page. The link should say “idrules.htm” not just “rules.htm”
